Terms of Service

Speakray is a product of Miniant Labs Limited, registered at 5th Floor, 218/3 Begum Rokeya Sharani, West Kafrul, Mirpur, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. By using Speakray, you agree to:

• use it for lawful practice of spoken English only;
• not try to disrupt or misuse the platform, or use it for anything other than practice;
• keep your sign-in details to yourself;
• understand that AI-generated replies, scores and feedback may occasionally contain errors.

Speakray helps you practise speaking and see your progress. It does not replace teachers, courses or professional guidance. Its scores are estimates, not official exam results, and Speakray is not linked to or endorsed by any testing organisation.

• Practise a little often: one ten-minute conversation a day beats one long session a week
• Speak in full sentences and keep going, even when you make mistakes
• Read the easy fixes after each session and try them next time
• Use the practice tests and roleplays to prepare for the moments you need English

• Speaking first: you learn to speak by speaking, so every session is spoken, not typed
• Mistakes are welcome: Speakray never interrupts to correct you; fixes come at the end
• Feedback you can use: an estimated score for fluency, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation, with a few concrete fixes
• Practice that matches your goal: test-style practice, workplace roleplays or everyday conversation

The software, design, practice tests, roleplay scenes and other content of Speakray belong to Miniant Labs Limited unless stated otherwise. What you say in a session stays yours, and we use it only as set out in our privacy policy.

We work to keep conversations natural, scores fair and feedback accurate, and we review and improve the practice content over time. While safeguards are in place, AI systems can occasionally make mistakes; please report anything that looks wrong.

If you buy a plan, our delivery policy explains how you receive it and our refund policy explains when we refund.

We may update or discontinue features at any time. When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
